Daniel F. Corridon oversees Stay Fit’s operational and financial performance. Furthermore, he develops the organization's domestic and global business development strategies.
Mr. Corridon's experience encompasses a wealth of knowledge in corporate sales and business development. He has more than 15 years of sales leadership experience in the corporate housing industry including five years as a top producing Senior Account Executive with Oakwood Worldwide in New York City and later as Regional Director of Sales with BridgeStreet Global Hospitality for the Northeast U.S. Region. Most recently, he served as Director, Global Sales for National Corporate Housing.
Mr. Corridon holds a B.S. in Marketing from Iona College. He is a Junior Partner with the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters. He enjoys a bi-coastal lifestyle and is active with tennis, running, hiking, and high-intensity fitness classes.
Daniel M. Hauptman oversees Stay Fit's daily operations and strategic partnerships. He is also the General Counsel of Stay Fit Housing LLC.
Mr. Hauptman has worked in the sports industry since beginning his professional career at the CBS Sports Television Network in New York when he was 16 years old. He graduated with a B.A. in Electronic Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, received an M.S. in Sports Business from New York University, and earned his J.D. in the honors society at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
Mr. Hauptman is a transactional attorney and member of the State Bar of California. He is also a Principal at PowerAngle Diagonally-Strung Tennis Rackets. He plays tennis, paddle tennis, and racquetball several times per week and enjoys running on the beach and attending Spin and yoga classes in Los Angeles.
Joshua L. Karotkin is responsible for Stay Fit's day-to-day financial operations and corporate development.
Mr. Karotkin most recently served as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Colford Capital, a specialty finance-focused private equity firm, evaluating all acquisition opportunities and streamlining operations for existing investments. Prior to attending business school, he was a Vice President at D.B. Zwirn & Company, a global multi-strategy hedge fund in New York, where he led the Structured Finance Group. Mr. Karotkin was also an Analyst evaluating collateral for a portfolio of lending investments at the CIT Group, a large commercial bank based in New York.
Mr. Karotkin is a P90X workout enthusiast who goes to the gym daily in New York City. He holds an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business, and received a B.A. from Union College.
Jenn Zerling (“JZ”) is the wellness ambassador for our Stay Fit Housing guests. JZ is a life-long athlete, lover of life and people, and wishes to help America break the chains of obesity. She provides customized nutrition coaching and fitness training services designed to help all guests optimize Stay Fit Living.
JZ has an M.S. in Kinesiology, and holds multiple certifications in personal training, Spin, nutrition and yoga. Her leadership experience includes: directing the fitness and nutrition department for Cenegenics Beverly Hills; clinic management for several Lindora Medical Weight Loss Clinics in Southern California; Fitness and General Management for the Sports Club/LA; and fitness programmer for all high schools involved in Matthew McConaughey’s non-profit foundation, Just Keep Livin. She also developed and operates a successful corporate wellness program for South Bay BMW.
JZ’s fitness and nutrition writings can be found in multiple media resources (including JZFitness.com), and she authored the book, Breaking the Chains of Obesity, 107 Tools. She is a fitness presenter at national conferences, and her JZ Fitness Nutrition app is available on iTunes and Android.
